Paid credit and bonus credit

The recharge amount is the money you pay. The bonus is additional treatment credit added under the offer. The total balance you receive includes both amounts. Bonus percentages compare the bonus with the amount paid; they are not a percentage discount on treatment prices.

For example, a $500 recharge gives $600 of treatment credit: $500 paid credit plus $100 bonus credit. The bonus is 20% of the $500 payment.

Using and sharing your balance

Membership credit is valid for all Havenly treatments and services. The balance does not expire and can be shared with or transferred to family members. Speak with the studio to arrange a recharge, check the balance or organise family use.

Appointments remain subject to availability. Check the current treatment price and the amount to be deducted from your balance before confirming a service. Membership credit does not guarantee a particular appointment time.

Refunds and bonus credit

Membership is non-refundable for change of mind. Bonus credit cannot be exchanged for cash. These conditions do not limit a refund or another remedy you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

If we cannot provide services for which you have paid, contact the studio about the unused balance and your available remedies. A bonus-credit condition does not remove your rights relating to the money you paid.

Changes to future offers

Recharge offers can change for future purchases. A change to an offer does not reduce credit already purchased or remove the non-expiry and family-sharing terms attached to that purchase. Keep a copy of the offer and your receipt.

These terms describe Havenly’s studio recharge membership. A separately issued gift card or voucher may have its own disclosed conditions and statutory protections; check those before purchasing. Fresha gift cards are a separate product governed by their issuer’s terms.
