What is included in a head spa?

The Essential, Deep Relaxation, Signature and Luxury head spas all include scalp cleansing, shampoo, scalp massage, water therapy, hair conditioning and a blow-dry. The difference is the session length and the additional massage included in each option.

If you are comparing a head spa with a body massage, start with where you want to spend your treatment time. A head spa centres on the scalp and hair-washing ritual. A body massage gives more of the appointment to the areas named in the massage menu. Packages bring the two together.

Choose your session by its inclusions

Essential is the shortest head spa option. Deep Relaxation adds an extended scalp massage and gentle neck and shoulder relaxation. Signature includes a 10-minute neck and shoulder massage and a 5-minute facial relaxation massage, making its additional elements easy to compare before booking.

Luxury includes extended neck and shoulder massage plus hand and arm massage. The separate 75-minute Scalp Treatment has its own menu listing; ask the team about its specific steps if you are deciding between it and the Signature Head Spa of the same length.

Combine head spa with a body treatment

The Head Spa & Shoulder package pairs a 45-minute head spa with 30 minutes of neck, shoulder and back massage. Head Spa & Deep Tissue combines a 60-minute head spa with a 30-minute deep tissue full-body treatment. Compare those inclusions with the individual head spas rather than choosing by appointment length alone.
