About the website
The website is provided for Havenly Wellness & Head Spa at Shop 3, 417 Whitehorse Rd, Balwyn VIC 3103. Please contact the studio if you need help with information shown here.
We aim to keep treatment descriptions, prices and opening hours accurate. If you notice an error, please tell us. Confirm your selected service, price and appointment details before booking. Correcting a website error does not remove rights you have in relation to an existing booking or purchase.
Treatment information
Treatment descriptions are general information, not an individual diagnosis or a guarantee of a particular result. Discuss suitability and any relevant health concerns with the practitioner before treatment. Seek advice from an appropriate health professional for medical concerns.
This information does not replace the care, skill or other obligations required of a service provider by law.
External services
Online appointments are handled through Fresha. Directions and the optional embedded map use Google Maps. When you use those services, their relevant terms and privacy information also apply. Havenly remains responsible for its own services and obligations.
Content and appropriate use
You may view the website and keep a copy of information for your personal use, including these policies and details of an offer you purchase. Ask permission before reusing website photography, branding or other content for commercial purposes, except where the law permits that use.
Do not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or infringe another person’s rights.
Your rights and other policies
Nothing in these website terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, remedy or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
The laws of Victoria and applicable Australian laws govern these terms, subject to any mandatory rights you have elsewhere. Contact the studio if you have a question or concern. Updates to this page do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing booking or purchase.
